Curated by Gallery director Sarah Odens, One Wild and Precious Life features 3D prints and digital paintings on fabric that draw inspiration from 3D scans of native plants, emphasizing the glitches that occur during the 3D scanning process. A VR experience included in this installation immerses the viewer in an artificial wonder-world, further demonstrating that technology is a poor substitute for nature. The exhibition is on display from February 3-28, 2025. There will be an artist talk on February 20th.
